First egg at sixteen weeks

Came home to find the first egg. It was small (1-1/2 oz) and lighter in color than I thought it would be. It was perfect and I feel like a new father! How do I know which pullet laid it? I have two production reds, a golden sex link and a Barred rock. All are the same age. I suppose it doesn't really matter who, but still?

Probably the sex links they were my first to lay. I just had an EE at 18 weeks lay her first egg. That is a first for me. A beautiful green. Yeh! Gloria Jean

I got my first egg today too!!! AND it came from a 16 week (on the nose) old leghorn! It does make you feel like a proud parent! BIG Congrats to you!!!
