First egg deadline?

So how many weeks is the cut off age for waiting on the first eggs? I have 10 ,25 week old hatchery wyandottes and no eggs yet. What worries me more is I have an american game hen who lays 4 to 5 eggs a week and I havent found her eggs in 10 days. I am worried about egg eating. Would I find evidence of egg shells? My coop is 8ft by 16ft, they free range for just a few hours a day, there is one roo, 11 pullets and one hen and I have 6 nestboxes.

I would check every nook, cranny, shed and bush as they are good at hiding eggs. Behind my propane tank seems to be a favorite.

I have an occasional egg eater and she leaves a bit of shell and the nest box gets all sticky and covered in ants.

I have heard some people talk about first egg at 9-10 months even. Depends on the breed and when they decide to start laying.
