First egg of the season!!

Was excited to see my first egg of the season here in Ontario, Canada. Definately earliest I've every had, but not surprised with the 25 degree celsius (mid 70's in F) weather we've been having.

Congrats!! finding the first one is always sooo eggciting!


my girls are too young but can't wait for that day but my guineas, ducks and chickens are all 'a lay in'!
the peas are dancing so just need to try and have some patience....like a years' worth! haha

Yeay for you!!

I also started getting eggs this week
& didnt expect any for about 4 more weeks!
Guess I need to pen up some of my freeranging hens.
Need to set up that purple pen I have birds for....
