First Egg!!!

It's a double yolker. I'm going to be working on getting the yolks darker. But how exciting.

I think there's a new layer. This first egg is even smaller than yesterday and found on the ground. There's a hen that likes to sit in that exact spot. I'm thrilled that it's happening.

My first eggs are always double yolkers. Even the fairy egg that i had got had to small yolks in it! Congratulations! They do usally follow one another.
