First egg!

Our girls have been very noisy these days! This afternoon when I checked the chicken coop, there was an egg laying in the corner! A little small, and the color is not bright white. But who cares! This is a big day for us!

Got one more egg this morning! So we had scrambled egg for dinner tonight. Our daughters finished her share and said: it is so good! I wish we had a lot more!

There is nothing like that feeling you get when you look in the nesting box and see an egg! Especially when it's your first one!! Congrats on the first egg! There will be thousands more to follow
