First eggs hatching! When do I take them out

Our first batch of eggs are hatching as we speak- Day 20.

When do I take the hatched ones out? Does it hurt the other eggs for the new chicks to go bashing about the bator knocking them around?

It helps them. Don't open the incubator till the last one hatches an drys or the 3ed day after the first one hatched. Which ever comes first.

Thanks. One barred rock chick was sitting on an egg. It seems the chick inside began pecking and upset the little gal. It jumped off and revealed a really big pip. If you hadn't told me it helps I would have thought for sure they were doing damage!
