First Hatch - 100%! - *PICS*

Out of the eggs split between my two broodies, all TEN hatched safely and wonderfully

I ended up getting 3 White Silkies, and the other 7 were White Silkie x Golden Sebright crosses.

They're all so cute! and the first time mommas are doing great also.

First the Silkies

The cross-bred chicks (Father was most likely silkie and mother a sebright).

The mixed chicks wouldn't stay still so I couldn't get them all

ETA: Forget to mention that 4 of the mixes have 5 toes on each foot, 2 have five toes on one foot, and 1 has SIX toes on both feet

They also all have feathered feet.

CONGRATS ON 100%!!!! they are totally adorable! i loved the pics. i can't wait for my babies to make an apperance. can i skip 17 days please? lol!! again, congrats!!!

I was a little worried on the last one to hatch. It was a little slow and the mothers were too preoccupied with the other 9 chicks (go figure

) But it came out ok

4 hatched out on Sunday, 4 more hatched out sometime that night, and the other two hatched on Monday. I'm glad to have little peeps running around
