My turkens have never hatched any of their own eggs. When acquiring new chickens, I've always had to purchase them.
My girl was being moody and broody, so I let her sit on her eggs. (I don't usually leave the eggs with her. Last time we tried to let her, the eggs actually started to rot...)
I went to clean the nesting box and feed my birds and found little tiny puffballs that turned out to be babies.
Less than a week old, and all three have little combs. Does that mean that they are cockerels?
Is it common with turkens?

Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.
