I am so excited to have my first bunch of silkies hatch! Among others, we had 17 out of 20 eggs hatch from Marneypoo! Thanks so much, Martha!! I will post pictures as soon as I figure that out. We ended up with quite a variety - whites, partridges, blues, black, splash.... Now the waiting to figure out who to keep starts. If there are no obvious faults, how long do you all wait to decide? I have bred and shown dogs for a long time, and we usually can tell best at 7 weeks and then 7 months.
