First hen-raised chicks

I need some suggestions for my first batch of hen-raised chicks. My bantam, Wren, just hatched out five healthy chicks but I have a few worries.

Firstly is just what to do with them? Currently they’re in an old snake cage that Wren found in our shed and I haven’t moved it. I’ll put pictures.
The problem is that it’s turned on its side, and the chicks can’t get out (when they are old enough for her to take them to graze). They also won’t be able to get up and down the stairs of the shed. I would just keep them inside the shed, but there is some fiberglass around that I’m worried they’ll ingest.

I can’t let them roam freely because I have a flock of maybe 20-30 other chickens and roosters of all different sizes that I’m worried will step on them. (Or eat them, as they have a history of attacking new chicks I bring. And I don’t want Wren getting into fights with chickens much bigger than her)

I also have a smaller pen within my chicken coop I could put them in, but I’m worried Wren will become stressed with her nest being changed and her babies being handled. I’ll also add pictures of the pen.

Also, what to provide for them, if anything at all?

I would move them into the pen within the coop for a few weeks before letting her out under supervision, and seeing how it goes. Keep them penned at least 2 weeks, as it takes that long for chicks to get strong enough to avoid other chickens. She should be fine being moved with her chicks.
