Im new to incubating chicks but today is day 21 and one of the eggs had hatched. I have 2 other eggs that are have a small sign of hatching but nothing on the others. i have 11 eggs in the incubator 2 of which i believe are no good. How long should i wait for the other 9 and what do i do with the chick that is alread hatched. also my incubator humidity climbed to 75, what is the safe range for the rest of the hatching?

You are doing fine. The hatched chick has just absorbed the yolk and has no need of food or water for up to 72 hours. It can stay in the incubator till the others catch up. There is no need to hurry to remove it to the brooder. The activity of the hatched chick may incite the others to increase their hatching efforts. The humidity sounds ok. Wait another day or two before giving up on the rest.

Everything is good. Wait till day 23. Then wiggle the unhatched eggs around. If there is a chick inside it will probably peep. You can also candle to detect movement.
