I’ve had my flock for two years now and this is the first serious molt I’ve seen. All of my girls seemed to be fine except one. She is one of two cuckoo marans, while one has new feathers are coming in and she is beautiful my other is taking twice as long and is very lethargic. She has no lice I can find and oddly is still laying every other day. Other than what I’ve said seems to be fine. I’ve made sure she is getting plenty of protein, fresh water and free range 3-4 hours daily. Any suggestions to help her along with her molt and energy levels?

Do you have photos of her and her poop?

If she's still laying during molt, her energy may be zapped a bit. It sounds like you are doing all the things I would do.
