First night in their coop.... We now have hay in there to keep them warm....

The nails that is holding up the food and water dishes is the only perch. SHould there be more than that one?

But more importantly, it's best to have the 4" side facing up so that in the winter, they can splay their toes and lay down on them, keeping them warm and protected from frostbite.
