My first egg hatched Thursday night, which was Day 20. Out of 15 eggs that made it to lockdown, I have 10 that have hatched. How long should I wait? I don't want the hatched chicks to be in the bator too long! Can I quick get them out tonight, and leave the others for another day or so? Thanks.

Newly hatched chicks can stay in the incubator for up to 3 days without need for food or water. If any remaining eggs have pipped, I wouldn't open the bator to remove chicks. This would dry out any trying to hatch and they would get stuck in their shell. If you are sure there are no pips, you can safely open and remove chicks quickly.
I would give the rest of the eggs another couple days to see if they will hatch.
