This is the first time any of my hens have gone broody. She is a Buff Orpington. My trouble is that I separated the rooster from the rest of the flock a couple of weeks before. I worry about the fertility of these eggs. She seems insistent on staying put. Who am I to argue eh? I guess in the end I will just sound like a worry wart....
