First time chicken owner. Fowl pox?

I'm in western New York and noticed these spots on my 5 month bantam roo. Not seeing anything on my other chickens. He has had them for around 2 weeks.

Fowl pox? Something else?

Looks like peck wounds, & zooming into the photo, I see what looks like avian ticks on his comb.

Okay , my lavender orpington roo has been picking at him so makes sense that they are peck marks.
What can I do about the ticks?

A mite spray should kill the ticks.
If he has them on his comb, he might have some on other parts of his body too.

Picked up the mite powder. Should I treat my whole flock? Thank you for the information

I'm not familiar with avian ticks, but I assume they are like most mites and would also be on your other chickens. Good luck.
