Leg or foot problem video

Super new on how to post lol Above is a clip of one of my babies with a leg or foot problem. I posted it in the emergency topic section. i had to post to twitter to get one here. Maybe if you get a chace to watch it and have any advice. He or she is so beautiful but Im confused on instruments on splayed leg if that is what it is and a little panicked to be honest. thanks. Shannon
Oh Shannon, as per the advice of others that indeed is splayed legs, and by the way, that's a partridge silkie! I've had two get that so let us know if what you're trying worked. It should take care of it within 3 days, 4 at most. It's crucial to fix that now rather than later.

It’s not working yet. We started Monday night and tightened it once. He will not put his leg down. Should we make it so tight it is difficult for him to rasie it. His coloring is so beautiful. i say he but who knows. his butt has a smiley face on it.

You did the bandaid I'm guessing? I use a thin strip of Vet Wrap, but same principle.

His legs should be bound together so they are straight under him like the other chicks' legs are.

I see the smiley-face butt lol.
