First time getting Turkey’s I need some advice

I am not sure which kind to get. I want to harvest them before thanksgiving so I know that leaves allot of the heritage breeds out of the picture as they take too long to grow out.

My plan is to build a run in shelter that is 4X8 with a 10X30X8 run how many can I have in there? I am thinking about getting 6 that is the most I want.
I will let them forage around when I am home but while at work or away I will have them in the pen.

Also if I get them in April how big will they get lets say the 3 week in November.

And of course another question how long before cooking them should I harvest them I heard 2-3 Days.

I am not too concerned with winter housing as I plan on harvesting them all by thanksgiving some sooner depending on sizes.

I have chickens but they will not be allowed next to each other

5 months you can harvest a heritage.
So you have no problem.
The hens might be a little on the small size.
