I had some first time helpers helping me process my meat birds yesterday. I just was packaging them up to freeze, after letting them chill for 24 hours, and found that every bird that the other person did had the vent still in the bird. I did show them how to do it, but as I was doign the dispatching, was unable to watch to makes sure they understood how to do it. They did say they got it, but not the real case in the end.

So my real question is now that I have removed them, are they still safe to eat? Any help will be appreciated, thank you.

I don't see why not. You removed everything and rinsed it, so it should be fine to eat.
