First time incubating duck eggs

Hi all, this will be my first attempt at hatching duck eggs. I had an idea I had read somewhere that duck eggs need a chance to cool down for a few mintues each day but I cant find the thread. Does this sound right? any advice on incubating ducklings would be appreciated thanks
