First time pekin owner!

My pekin got attacked by a dog yesterday. The wounds aren't very serious aside from one on her right side in the back and I've been keeping the area clean. I plan on keeping her inside until she heals completely. I noticed a difference in her breathing though. She's making a whistle sound when she exhales and it seems like maybe there could be an infection near her eye. What could I do to fix this and any tips on how to help her feel more comfortable or heal faster?
