First time raising chicks, they are 2 wks old now

This is my first time raising chicks, and i'm so excited, and trying to learn all I can thru this fantastic website, and hopefully from some of you pros out there. I can't believe how fast they grow, and change their colors.. One of my 2 hybrid RIR's is black and she is my alpha in the coop. She is very friendly with me out of all the 5 chicks I have. After she pecks my finger 2x she will let me rub her under her neck. I have the 2 hyrbrid's, 2 Arucana's and one RIR, who seems to be smaller than all the other chicks still.

I would love to hear from others. I had thought of getting a Silkie, but have heard pros and cons on it.
