So we set up a still air styrofoam cooler with a plastic crate, sponge, aquarium heater and a light socket and set 20 variety eggs, and gave 4 to our neighbor's broody hen to watch over. So far doing well with temp and humidity control. Almost feel like I'm touching the eggs too much turning them 5 x a day...
so many different ideas what is best.... at least twice, 3 is better 5 is ideal. humidity 50-55% then increase during lockdown to 65% vs 60-65 % and increase to 80-85 % during lock down.. Any expierenced individuals want to shed some light?

You always want to turn an odd number. So either 3 or 5, the choice is yours. As far as humidity. I usually keep mine around 50 and then 70 at lockdown.
