First time worrier!!!!

I hope someone can advise a first time hatcher!!! Last night I heard chirping from 2 of my eggs, one hatched early hours of this morning but cant hear anything at all now from the second egg!!!!! Is this normal?

Yes, perfectly normal. They don't peep all the time. Some hatch pretty quickly and some can literally take days after they start to peep. That inconsistency can really make it stressful.
