The chicks didn't hatch

. These are the pictures and I know it's a long shot but does anyone have an idea as to why they didn't make it?

They look premature to me. If your temperature was that low it would have taken several extra days to hatch. I've heard of chicks hatching up to day 25. You could also get another thermometer and do a test run to see whether it was the incubator or your thermostat that was off
