Just got a Brinsea Octagon eco 20 for Valentine's and today found one of our semi wild mallard nests with about 8 eggs. A friend has some fertile chicken eggs and several BYC thread searches later, we are going to try incubating the eggs simultaneously. Mallards in on Wednesday 2/20, chickens the following Tuesday with a 3/19 hatch date. Excited to give this a whirl. Let's hope for success!
