Howdy, I finally talked my wife into getting a couple of chickens. My daughters named the tall one Goldie and she shorter one Lisa. We have only had them a few days but already we are having fun watching them. Today we opened up the coop door and let them roam around the yard for half an hour for the first time. They are both Easter Eggers we bought off craigslist for $25. I think it was money well spent! I'm looking forward to reading through the forums. Thanks.
