Five week old chicks...

I hope this is the right spot for this post. I am getting my chicks this week. How should I go about introducing them to their coop and run? I am new to this whole chicken thing lol

Tell us a bit about your run and coop. Size of each, how tall is your run fence? Is the run covered? Where are you located (generally speaking)

Covered run 5ft tall about 5ft long. Coop is 4x4. Located in S. Carolina. Chicks are five weeks

How many chicks? I am thinking that you should be able to just put them in the set up perhaps waiting till near dark, and locking them in the coop over night, then opening the door to the run in the morning. It might take them a while to get brave enough to explore, but feed them close to the door, then each day a bit farther, and they should work themselves out of the coop.
