Fixing my Rooster

So icky is like 6 or 7 now and he's made baby's before. At the begining of summer we tried with 48 eggs in an incubator (that works cause we've hatch guineas from it) but it was like he's shooting blanks. Then we realized they aren't fertile which is odd cause he gets on the girls a lot. Then we saw that he's simply on their backs and not putting it in. Is there away to correct him?

Roosters can lose fertility as they get older. Maybe get a young cockerel he can show the ropes to and you can use the cockerel for fertile eggs.
