Flake and dander from chicken

Would giving my pet hen a bath help reduce the amount of flakes and dander she sheds? Or will this end after she molts? She lives outdoors but I bring her inside sometimes.

That's normal - mostly the sheathing from feathers as they grow. No amount of bathing will help that and bathing would probably be detrimental since it would wash out the bird's natural oil.

70% of the dust in our own homes comes from the flakes of dry skin that we all shed. People and chickens are both sort of gross.

Hah, my dog is worse than three ashy adults!
