Yeah, but according to our tv? light showers. After 5 minutes I can stand ankle deep in water. Pictures coming. We had hail for about 30 seconds and lightening is on now.

It's STILL raining and no warnings or anything on our tv. The neighbors went and got their cat off of the patio chair LOL.

That looked like my yard yesterday afternoon!
I was amazed so much rain in such a short time.
The goofy ducks loved it, Something that has never happened before happened yesterday, their pen which is normally high and dry flooded with 4 inches of water ! those feather dusters were kicking up water everywhere, they had a grand time.
Me: after the inital fear they were going to be swept away thanked Mother Nature for the free floor washing and birdie bathing.lol

It's still raining. The yard drains to the back, so it should slow down later I HOPE! I can't stand rain. There's a swamp thing in the woods so the frogs are hopping on in. I walked outside and a frog jumped on my foot. Reflex sent him across the yard

But anyway, the rain has slowed, I can got swimming in the back yard and the poor chickens, poor poor chickens.

ah man had that frog landed on my foot I would have screamed like a little girl, wet myself, then passed out.
call it weird if ya like but frogs and those buggy eyes, creepy tongue just freak me right out.

give me snakes any day.

I hope the mower will be fine, we did move it onto the front porch after I got a picture. The mower has survived being thrown from a trailer (it fell off on a bumpy road) so if it died, then it's lived a full life. I am worried about the hens who are in 4" of water surrounding their coop. I made a trail with cinder blocks so that in the morning they can get to a dryer spot. The turkey coop turns out to be on raised land, so they are good. I still can't believe that the weather station said light showers while I'm looking at my yard.
