Fleas in Deep Litter! HELP!

Im 4 months in with my deep litter. Using about 6 or so inches of fine pine shavings. Today I was turning it and I noticed 100s of what im assuming are fleas. Teeny tiny reddish brown bugs. What do I do? Does that mean im doing something wrong? I check my chickens almost daily for mites and such and still haven't found any on them. Their dustbath is made up of sand, Peet moss, and DE. Their run has course sand. Please help.

Actually....theyre flying not jumping....maybe its just gnats? Are tons of gnats normal in deep litter?

Post a picture of you can! Lots of bugs are helpers so maybe not a problem.
