Fleas or mites? Going forward what recommendations

Fleas or mites? This girl is currently separate due to an upper respiratory amd while treating her I saw this thing on the towel crawl across her face. Apon further inspection I found more smaller ones. I've ordered elector psp. I'll clean the coop when I get the elector so I do it all in one shebang. I assume clean bedding out and wipe down all surfaces? What other precautions do I need to take?
