FLIGHT FEATHERS ALL GONE??

Hi, my 3 yr old Muskovi has lost all her flight feathers, she is looking quite scarey. We have checked under feathers to see if there were any mites, but nothing and the other 3 duck and 4 chickens are not having this issue. Now I know they molt, but I have never seen this before. No, I forgot, we did have a chicken 2 yrs ago that did the same thing and she stayed featherless for remaining life.
Does anyone know what this is about? They have the freedom of the outdoars until dusk, then they file in with the horses.

Molting is normal and while it looks like your duck exploded, there is nothing wrong. There will be new feathers in a few weeks. Your duck might appreciate a treat of a few cat kibbles a day to help up their protein while she is growing new feathers.

Thank you, I have just never seen it this extreme before, and am releived and yes, they all love their kitty kibble every day, including the chickens.
