Flock Block?

Wondering who has used a flock block . My birds have run out of grass due to winter. There is one hen that they have started to peck. Wondering if the block would keep them busy? Also have you noticed any health benifits from using a block?

My hens use it randomly. Mostly my rabbits and aviary birds like it. I think it's fine to keep in as a back up, or as a treat, but I wouldn't count on it as a good food source.

I am getting one as well as my girls have started pecking each other. I am figuring out how to hang cabbage and will also put in a flock block. Good luck!
