Selling my closed flock of double laced Barnevelders. Pure Johan birds. Hard to come by pure Johan birds, or for that matter, this particular breed of birds around these parts.
These birds I hatched out from hatching eggs directly from Johan VanArchterburg, no other lines or birds have been introduced to this flock. I ordered eggs from him 3 times to create this flock.
My rooster is going to be 3 years old and the oldest female is just around 2.5 years old. The rest of the females range in age from 1 year to 1.5 years. These are very nice birds of high quality and would be a great 4-H project for someone.
These birds are EXTREMELY friendly and docile. All of these birds have been handled EXTENSIVELY by me since hatch.
1 rooster and 5 hens.
