Flock of roosters on same property as hens??

I have a bachelor flock of 20. They are penned within the area that my mixed flock frequents. They are fine. Rarely, an introduction is stressful for the new rooster for more than a day or two. Once, I tried to add a rooster who just was too freaked out to manage himself properly and stuffed himself under a feed pan until I rescued him. Poor chap. But for the most part, they live together with no problems. They're boys, so there are spats. But no injuries. However, constant crowing is certainly not for everybody, so that's a consideration.
