Floral Arts Vintage Incubator

Local guy has this listed for sale. Wondering if anyone has any information on them. From my quick search it appears that it is heated using light bulbs which seems unusual for a retail incubator.

They have a fan and wafer thermostat. Use light bulb for heat. Constructed of 1/2" plywood. Has a manual tilting egg tray. I think they are cool . I remember them or similar designs for the 1970's.
