I have some cayugas and i live in jacksonville florida and live in a neighborhood whick is uhh well with close neighbors but a nice yard and the backyard is clean is it illegal to keep them??

I know someone in Jax that keeps chickens. I forgot what they said the county told them, but basically all they do is keep hens and they have a privacy fence so only the neighbors know.
