I'm guessing that the "tax deduction" is really a re-classification of the land to "agricultural", which reduces your property taxes. Is that correct? I'd like to know more, because if you are doing this, I might be able to do this, too!

If there is a real "deduction" somewhere in the IRS rules, I'd also like to know about that!
