flow speed on nipple waterer

Hello all, I'd like to build a watering system for my hens this weekend, but having trouble locating a supplier of drip nipples and pail fittings in Ottawa. Amazon.com suppliers will not ship to Canada either.

Any direction on where I might source these supplies would be greatly appreciated.
