We need more information. What's your location?

Have the chickens been free-ranging? Where? What do they eat when out and about?

Have you checked your feed for mold and spoilage?

Have you had warm temps and a lot of moisture?

Comb is normal temp, feet are a bit cold. Her poop was super watery but now it’s more normal

A lot of mucous in that poop, if it were mine, I'd start the Corid.

And continue with providing warmth, work on hydration with the Corid water.
