Fluid-filled globules on tip of liver

I butchered a drake for meat today. I haven't been able to buy fresh bedding for the run, due to Covid shutdown, and found he had bumblefoot. I've now also found these fluid-filled sacs which I have just cut off the tip of his liver. Does this mean the infection has spread through him, or is it something else?

It could be a fluid-filled cyst or fatty lipoma that can be common on the liver. Both are benign, and you could cut them in two, tomsee if it is fluid or oily.
