My run has a few flies in in, the chooks like to eat them but I’m not so happy about it for some reason. Can I spray fly spray on the ground? Will it hurt my birds? Pictured is what I would use

What is your reason to keep your chickens from eating those flies??? :idunno
I think any kind of chemical spray is way more detrimental to your chickens than the few flies they might eat.
I control flies on my grounds with fly traps.
WISHING YOU BEST,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, and:welcome

Where there is smoke there's fire, where there's Thunder there's lightning, and when there's chickens there's flies. They go hand-in-hand. They run in short life cycles so they will not be around very long. But they will return as well.
I personally would not use any kind of pesticide for flies. But to each their own.

I didn’t even think of fly traps! I’ll use that instead. I don’t like having flies around because I live in a tightly packed residential area so I don’t want flies to go to my neighborhoods’ yards either. Plus, I like to sit outside and watch the chicks go about their business and having to shoo flys away almost constantly kind of takes away the fun. Thanks for the advice!

I live in a neighborhood too. I use them for the same reason.
