I have 2 red sex links....18 weeks old...how do I keep them from attempting to fly over the 4 foot run they are in other than put a roof on it? clip the wings like on a small pet bird(cockateil?)

You could try clipping their wings. But nimble birds can jump pretty high too. So to really be on the safe side, you might want to cover your run. Or put things inside the run to keep it really interesting and entertaining so they have no interest in leaving.

If you have any hawks in the area wire or netting over the top could be helpful protection, too.

With your chickens it is best to clip only one wing...
