I'm new to all of this so bear with me.
I was feeling really good about myself, thinking that all of my caretaking practices was keeping our coop and run amazingly free from odor and annoying pests.
Then this week hit with VERY hot temperatures and suddenly there are flies everywhere! Does the higher temperature make them incubate faster or something so that there would suddenly be so much more of them then before? It's not like the chickens are suddenly pooping more. They're pooping like they always have its just, now, there are flies out the wazoo.
