Hey guys! Here are the eggs I have in my incubators
2 Swedish Flowers (day 20) Wiggling like crazy!!!!!!
1 Pavlovskaya (day 20)
5 Marans (day 19)
2 Ameruacanas (day 19)
2 from my flock (day 11)
3 Hedemoras (day 11)
All were shipped to me from various breeders across the country except the 2 from my flock. Pictures will be coming! Can't wait. Brooder is ready

Yay! No pips yet, but they move when I peep to them...........
that's awesome. I'm incubating chicken eggs. My neighbor gave me some but after day 12 they still had no veins or embryo they looked like yolkers so they weren't fertile. But I got different eggs that are indeed fertile. They are Easter eggers 😁

I should also add a few things: the power went out last week for about 1 and a half hours during the night and we lost 2 eggs :( The remaining eggs may hatch late, I'm not sure! Also, one of the Swedish Flowers appears to have twins in it although it is a normal sized egg. I am curious if it really has 2?! Also, one of the eggs from my flock had a dent in it's shell on day 3 so I poured wax over it. Still alive and kicking though! it will be an interesting hatch.........

Oooooo do you have a picture of the possible twins? Sounds like you have had a rough get go. Hopefully things will work out. 😁

Mixed breed. The dad of both is most likely my Chocolate Orpington, but could also be my Bantam Frizzle Cochin. hens that could have laid the white egg are: Spitzhauben, Polish, Leghorn (most likely not, she is old), and 2 Naked Neck/D'uccle crosses. The greenish blue egg was probably laid by my Orpington/Ameraucana cross.

Also, I don't have of pic of the possible twins. It just looked like 2 moving embryos at opposite ends of the egg. I could be wrong, we'll just have to see. I should also add my frizzle cochin in surprisingly the head honcho, and won't let my Orpington mount any hens, but he himself is too tiny to mount them :lau My Orpington is pretty sneaky and I have caught him doing the deed a few rare times. I was surprised that both the eggs I randomly hose were fertile! They both came from our fridge too! It was just an experiment but here we are with both developing!
