Food Aggression

How do I stop a chicken from pecking others when they try to eat. I have two hens and one rooster and one of the hens pecks the feathers out of the other one when it try's to eat. Food is always available so there not a race to eat the food.

Put another feeder in a different location. She won't be able to guard two easily.
