Food Question for Chickens

Hi everyone. Can I feed my 4 month old chickens raw lentils and split peas?

As long as they have access to Grit, then they can have some in addition to their normal feedings.

Some dry beans are harmful, but I have read on here about others feeding lintels to their birds without any harm....

I don't think so, according to the treat chart "Raw, or dry beans, contain a poison called hemaglutin which is toxic to birds". Not entirely sure if that includes lentils and split peas? Lentils & split peas are fine raw.
