Can anyone provide any food/snack suggestions that are good to feed your flock (aside from bagged chicken feed). I have been giving them lettuce, crushed crackers and granola. Are any of these bad? Please offer suggestions. THANKS!!!

Meal worms or any insect (with a few exceptions) are great treats, and most seeds or grains. What you've listed sounds find in my opinion.

Scratch grains, fruits, veggies, warm oatmeal, generic brand Cheerios. Chickens will eat anything - just make sure it is good for them

My flock love meats and yogurt. As long as the meat isn't greasy, heavily spiced up, or very salty, they can eat it just fine. Especially chicken.

I have to trick my chickens to try something new like plain yogurt with small crickets.

I only gave my chickens yogurt once. Long story short, it went from a snack to a bath. Never again

My old flock (who got killed by a bear) refused to eat yogurt from a spoon, but would devour it on the ground.
